Hilda’s Glamorous Nails is here to give you the best nail and wax experience 💗 We are located in Beltsville , MD! POLICY: •My schedule opens every 1st of every month •$25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be sent via zelle (hildas.glamorous.nails@gmail.com) to secure your appointment (in the message box please put random emojis) •In order to reschedule please keep in mind a new deposit must be sent •Remaining Balance must be paid in CASH OR ZELLE ONLY!(no exceptions) •Masks must be worn at your appointment at ALL times! •I do NOT work over others techs work , therefore please come in with bare nails. This means no gel, no polish and definitely no acrylic! (i do not provide soak offs.) •Coming in with 2 or more broken nails will result in you paying full price for a full set . I recommend soaking off the set and coming in to get a fresh new set. •If you need an appointment on my days off or after hours an additional $25 squeeze in fee will apply. •Please text me when you have arrived . •NO EXTRA GUESTS , this includes parents. If you are a minor booking please let your parents/guardians know they will not be allowed in. If they have any concerns feel free to have them contact me via text messages so I can answer any questions they might have. Keep in mind I do love having our space and time! Thank you! •When booking you are accepting full responsibility, agree to all terms and are aware that all information is correct when booking. LATE POLICY: There is a 10 min grace period. After those 10 mins you will be charged a $10 late fee. After 15 mins your appointment will be canceled and must pay 100% of the service if i have a client after you, but if I have no client after you , you'll be charged $10 for every 10 mins that pass by . CANCELLATION POLICY: Hilda's Glamorous Nails will charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations done within 24hrs or less. Cancellations made within the 48hr window will be charged a 50% of the service. Cancellations done prior the 48hr window will just not receive their deposit back (all deposits are non-refundable) Keep in mind that if you are charged the 100% or 50% the $25 deposit will be included . For example if your service was $60 and are charged 100% of the service you will only be charged $35. Confirmations: •Hilda’s Glamorous Nails will send out the address the night before your appointment, or it should appear in your appointment confirmation. •Please confirm your appointment the night before your appointment the latest ! •Failure to confirm your appointment the night before will result in your appointment being canceled •Same day confirmations will not be allowed PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME WITH ANY CONCERNS, ASK FOR A SILENT APPOINTMENT,ASK FOR SNACKS/DRINKS, OR EVEN TO WATCH A MOVIE , IPAD WILL BE PROVIDED TO ACCESS MUSIC,GAMES,OR MOVIES! Cancellation Policy
Hilda's Glamorous Nails will charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations done within 24 hours or less.
Cancellations done within 48 hours will be charged a 50% fee .
Cancellations made prior the 48hr window will not receive their
deposit back.
Please remember ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE !!!!
Failure to abide by these policies will result in the client forfeiting the right to book again.
Example:
Service: full leg wax - $70
1. no show/24hr cancellations : 100% cancellation fee
2. Only $50 will be charged that day because the
3. $20 deposit goes towards the service.
4. Therefore the deposit plus the cancellation fee equals to 100% when you do a no show or cancel within 24 hours
